Ohne Wanderkarte und Kompass dürfte die Suche nach den Steinsetzungen aus der Bronzezeit schwierig werden, da diese aus der Ferne kaum erkennbar sind. Zwei mysteriöse Steinalleen geben Rätsel auf; dienten sie als Zuweg zu den Grabkammern oder als Allee ins Jenseits für die Seelen der Verstorbenen? Der gut drei Meter hohe Longstone (Bilder 6-7) dreht sich der Legende nach bei Sonnenaufgang um seine eigene Achse, damit alle Seiten gleichmäßig von der Sonne erwärmt werden.
Without map and compass it could be difficult to find the two Bronze Age enigmatic stone rows, because they are hardly visible from a distance. Did the two double stone rows lead to the burial cists or were they the alleys to heaven for the departing souls? Legend tells us, that the over 3m tall Long Stone (images 6-7) moves round slowly at sunrise so that each face is warmed in turn by the sun.
